stitches

So today I decided I was above the laws of the universe. Trying to defy the laws of gravity never ends well.
Try picture this, a 4ft step ladder on a 45 degree angle, on ground made up of soft dirt and gravel.
So there I was standing on the top of it to one side thinking it would balance it out.
As I left my arm up to cut in (painting) down the side of a wall the ladder falls.
Then obviously I fell. The ladder went back I went forward.
Landing with my left shin then the pot of paint goes all over me.
The end result is a gash on my shin which required 2 stitches.
Heres a photo for your viewing pleasures...

And I came across a personality disorder test.
I don't believe this is actually a full diagnosis but it's still pretty interesting.

...

Another Friday night where too much alcohol was consumed in my case it was my old favourite Jack Daniels (was on sale so it was so much tastier) and goon n juice for Butcher and Jes, which then leads to making a complete ass of yourself.

We took some pretty fresh flicks. =s

Sunday we decided to go to the Beenleigh Markets (so bogan).
Fuck they sell some really really REAAAALLY gay shit.
Anyways Carl n I bought fish after we discovered all this shit for fish at the markets.
They are pretty cool, but I'm 99% sure they will die in the next couple of weeks.

weekend shinanigans

After weeks of careful planning Carl and I went to South Bank and actually made it on The Wheel of Brisbane. Last time we went to go on they put their closed signs up when we turned away for a second. I think they could sense Carl was from the slums of B-Town.

It's quite exciting... the first time that you go around.

But then you realise you still have 2 more times to go around and it just becomes boring..

Two nights later Carl Jes Butcher and myself ended up at Winderoo Tavern. The night which just happened to have karaoke. Me and Jes ended up singing Mylie Cyrus - See You Again, and Carl and Butcher sang I Shot the Sheriff. The crowd didn't look too pleased.

After us some lady got up and sang as if she was an Australian Idol. Um hello, you're singing karaoke at the Winderoo Tavern!! Maybe she thought there might be a talent scout in the crowd. pfft. I think everyone there took karaoke way too seriously.

Anyways here are some more photos from that night.
